7 Things You Have To Do Before Going To Work!

Everyday when you are on your way to the office for work, sometimes you feel like you were forced to do that rather than it’s the thing that you wanted. Feeling something like this is normal, because it’s a feeling that comes when you feel down, stressed, devastated, etc. So, how do you deal with this kind of feeling? 

One of the many things you could do before going to work it’s to have some kind of ritual or habit to lighten up the mood. In this discussion, we are going to give you some activities ideas for you to do before going to work. It might just be the things you have already done everyday or not. 

1. Drink Some Water 

After you wake up, the first thing you have to do before doing anything else is to drink water. Your body has been resting without water for over six to eight hours normally. So, please drink some water after you wake up and you will definitely feel fresh and energetic for the day.

2. Read a Book 

For some people, reading a book in the morning is a refreshing and calm feel that you get. You don’t have to read the whole chapter or even the whole book, just read a couple of pages to start the day. Just imagine your body is an engine and the book is the oil. If you want to make the engine up and running, you have to use the oil right?

3. Exercise 

Exercise could also be an option. You can exercise by doing some stretching, running on a treadmill, barbels, and etc. If you have a running track near your house, it might be best if you could do your exercise outside while the sun is rising!

4. Take a Shower 

After you do all those things, take a shower! It’s important to take a shower, because you’ll feel better and fresh after a long rest. You also need to brush your teeth, wash your face, and etc.

5. Breakfast 

Have breakfast if you still have time. Most people nowadays just skip breakfast because the sleeping schedule is not fixed. Just remember that if you don’t eat breakfast at the proper time, you might get sick and weak throughout the day.

6. Remember Your Goals! 

After waking up for a couple of minutes, try to remember things such as your motivation and goals in the future. What makes you stay motivated and driven everyday by choosing this job or profession. You always have to stay hungry for your job, because if you even feel less or so, it’s hard to go back.

7. Dress Comfortably 

Wearing something to the office might be easy for some people, but if you have the option to wear it freely, then it’s time to dress the way you want. While still wearing something appropriate and professional, just remember that you have to feel comfortable so that you can enjoy working at the office!
